Initial Design

My initial design was a complex Rococo ballgown inspired by the icon of the era, Marie Antoinette. I included a high wig that would be a heart shape from both the side and the front, a huge pannier, an excessive amount of pleats and frills, as well as notes on what kind of fabrics I would like to see this design utilise. The large necklace was not originally included as it did not fit with the period, however I added it anyway as I characterised the Queen as someone who made her own rules in a nonsense land. Of the many details to elaborate on here, I chose the corset, the shoes (not pictured) and the wig/face. I felt these would be easiest to showcase in detail without being too overwhelming of a project.
